Configuring MSTP

The basic process for configuring MSTP is as follows.

1. Issue the <edit-config> RPC to configure the <protocol> node in the

urn:brocade.com:mgmt:brocade-interface namespace.

2. Under the <protocol> node, include the <spanning-tree> node from the

urn:brocade.com:mgmt:brocade-xstp namespace.

3. Under the <spanning-tree> node, include the <mstp> node element to access the MSTP mode

parameters.
